Having initially commenced his employment with Excell back in 2017 as a silicone applicator, Stephen Mangan was promoted to Supervisor in 2021 due to his strong performance, high degree of initiative and great project management capabilities. Stephen possess a total of 10 years experience in silicone application throughout his years within the construction sector. On a daily basis he is responsible for supervising his team of applicators', ensuring each member is as productive as possible while continuing to maintain the high quality standard expected by Excell's clientele.
