PROJECT MANAGER

Excell is seeking Project Manager’s to join our expanding operation. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking, punctual, articulate, trustworthy individual, displaying high standards of initiative. The candidate must display good communication skills and be fluent in the English language. Clean full drivers’ licence, own transport, on-site construction and management experience are mandatory.

The role will entail a 40-hour work week. Candidates must be based within the Dublin area, willing to travel nationwide and work on-site if the situation arises.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Project oversight, managing projects from conception to completion.
Motivate a team of individuals to achieve project objectives and requirements.
Ensuring your project team delivers on time and on budget, while adhering to the highest standards of quality, safety and client satisfaction.
Measuring projects.
Work on site as part of a team within both small and large groups.
Project stakeholder management, liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of project objectives.
Stock control.
Collecting site material and visiting multiple sites when necessary.
Other duties as assigned by senior management.

QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Excell Sealants are seeking an experienced/graduate Quantity Surveyor for all aspects of surveying and commercial functions on projects from conception to completion, with an appropriate 3rd level qualification and/ or relevant experience in the industry. On site experience is not mandatory, although desired. Safe Pass, full drivers licence and own vehicle mandatory as successful candidate will be required to travel nationwide.

Key Responsibilities of the Role:

Cost control and cost benefit analysis, providing fast, accurate, competitive and profitable estimations.
Tracking changes to work and adjusting budget projections accordingly.
Identification of risks and completion of risk management plan.
Liaising with the client, main contractor and other departments.
Preparation of monthly commercial project reports.
Other duties as assigned by senior management.

SILICONE APPLICATOR

Due to continued growth Excell Sealants are seeking Silicone Applicators. The ideal candidate will be a skilled, hardworking individual with a proven ability to ensure the job is completed on schedule and to the needs of the client. On site experience and full drivers licence desired but not essential. Safe Pass certification mandatory.
